Sick....(continue)

Hello this is my 2nd day of my medical leave and am bored to death at home, but first 36 more days to ORD!!! Didnt do much today played my guitar for a while, watch tv and eat my medication den hibernate on my bed (most of the time). Never had such a day that i could think of nothing, sleep and relax at home ever since i resume my national service.

Anyway got my EID result, got a A- for that module must thank God for that coz didnt really put in much effort for that. And by the way the gst offset package has already banked into my account liao, now am $300 bucks richer. So need to spend before 1st July coz thats when the 7% gst starts hahahaha.

Well looking forward to the soccer match tomorow, where i can really get some excerise. Has being quite awhile that i have not played soccer with my saturday soccer kakis hope that my skills not gone.

Sick....

Firstly 37 more days to ORD!!! Caught a flu yesterday, wow it's not cool when your on parade and your nose is pumping out nasal juice like theres no tomorrow. While am on parade am not allowed to move, can u imagine having a runny nose and u are not allowed to clear your nose that's like not so cool. Some how i managed to survive through the parade, felt feverish and my throat abit soar so decided to RSO(report sick outside---->army lingo) the next day.


So by now i think everyone in camp should be thinking that am cao kenging (malingering), well thats what everyone would think whenever someone from my unit take mc on a parade rehearsal date. The first thing when u hand the medical cert to the sergent in the company, he will say : " cao keng rite". Dont they even ask if u have recovered from the illness, probably they are afraid of their ass being kick by someone of higher rank. Well then i dont really care what comments i would receive later, most importantly is resting and recovering from now for 2 days.

Anyway was reading a book call " The Pupose Driven Life" by Rick Warren while waiting for my consultation. I felt like God was teaching me through that book, i was reading Chapter 8 there in that chapter it says that worship is far more than music. Well i always thought that worship is singing praises before the start the of church sermon but actually it more than that. Actually every part of the church service is a worship to Him. Even saying grace before a meal is a worship to Him. I especially like this sentence in that chapter "If worship were just music, then all who are nonmusical could never worship."

Sweat....n more sweat

Went for a run today, wow it's been a long time since i really sweat while running. Past few week my knees was not working really well. Not that i cant walk or something like, i think maybe run too much for the past few week felt pain in my knees. Guess have to thank God for letting me rest my knees well for the past few weeks so that i could run the longer journey later.

While running around pasir ris park at 6pm i notice that i really haven being exploring my neighbourhood, lots of changes had been done at that park. The last time i went to that park was like........i forgot when already hahahaha.

Anyway the changes there were great, saw pretty gals there hahahaha thats not the point. Important note theres a horse stable there, didnt expect that there would be a horse stable build there. Saw kids riding on miniature horse, people looking at the horse n taking picture like they never seen a horse before. Well i guess it's a pretty nice place to have a stable there beside the beach, maybe next time i should bring my camera to take some pictures of the horse while i go for my run.

Ya many new bars and restaurants can be seen making they grounds there, it would be nice to have a dinner in the evening with your love one sitting by the sea and enjoy the beautiful sight of the sea, plus sea breeze blowing at you. Anyway wake up it's Singapore here the temperature is like burning here and you would wish that they install air-con there. Hope that am not a spoiler hahahaha, well it's still a pretty nice place to hang out at night.

I guess am bored nothing to do so went to myheritage.com to see who i would looked like wahahahaha. Anyway update of me .............43 days to ORD!!!!!

Well these people should have some achievement in their life and maybe they found their purpose in life. Well am still searching for that purpose. By the way read this verse from the Bible "It is God who directs the lives of his creatures, everyone's life is in his power(Job 12:10)". It means that there is a purpose for why we are born into this world through His power, God will guide us to what we are here in this world for. Basically put your trust in the Lord for the answer to your purpose in life.

Waiting Game

Dont you feel frustrated when u have to Wait....e.g wait for people whose late, wait for parade to end, wait for bus to arrive and etc. The frustrating part for the whole waiting thing is WAIT, constantly asking when is this whole thing gonna end or ask how much time of my life have been wasted on waiting. Well i really cant wait for me to ORD!!!.......By the way 46 Days to ORD!!!

Cant remembered the last time that i had to put the decorations on my parade uniform already. While putting the stuff onto that piece of fabric i kept thinking of the wait, when i can really say good bye to SAF bands. That really frustrate a guy who just resume his national service.....am refering me. Anyway the unform is for SAF day parade on tuesday that's today.

The parade itself was a big waste of time, had to fall in like 6:45 am in the morning then reach SAFTI at about 8 am. Then start waiting for like an hour before the rehersal start. The waiting for the rehersal to start was really a killer, had to wait at the grand stand doing nothing. I think i wasted like 6 hours of my time away on waiting alone today. I guess army will never change the habit of making NSF wait for donkey hours to start any kind of activity and they said they are turning 3G, what the crap.

Anyway today's my 1st rehersal a few more to come which is equal to more of my life wasted on a meaningless stuff. The waiting game didnt end there at the parade, when wait for bus 169 i nearly wait like 30 mins and i thought that did i went to the wrong bus stop. When the bus finally came a guy boarded the bus and start saying " nowadays need to wait for haft a hour for the the bus the come" angrily to the bus driver. Wow that moment i thought there was gonna be a fight in the bus but too bad nothing happen.

Anyway moral of the story although waiting sucks, no matter what we still have to wait hahahaha. You might not know what will happen when u wait, maybe a surprise awaits ya at the end of the WAIT.

Evening of Great Music

Still remembered the time when u last played Super Mario Brothers on nintendo or Sonic the Hedgehog on the mega drive. I bet that the themes song for this all-time favourite games would sound nostalgic to everyone of my gaming era. Well last Saturday I was at a concert called PLAY!, it 's a video game symphony.

The concert was excellent themes songs from Final Fantasy,Legend of Zelda, HALO and other popular games were played......by the way clips of the games was also screen during the concert, never seen a concert like that interesting. I like the part when they played Chrono Cross themes, it sounded perfect. Other pieces like One-Winged Angel was played combined with the choir, it's was almost like the one played in Final Fantasy VII.

During the concert Takennobu Mitsuyoshi sang and played on the piano for the game Daytona USA...........anyway his the composer for that game too. He even threw a sonic the hedgehog soft toy to the crowd too bad didnt get that toy. Lastly the encore piece was the theme song from "The Revenge of the Shinobi" very classic la the last time i saw the game was at SAF bands when one of the bandsmen was playing the game on his laptop la.

Well i guess theres alot of people missed the concert coz i hear the concert was a sold out. Too bad wait for the next time when they come back to Singapore, i think i would going to their concert if they ever come back again.

My Virgin Blog

Didnt expect that i would one day create my own blog hahahaha.... Anyway am actually really posting in a blog. Well i guessed am bored.

By the way am now resuming my sevice in SAF (Serve and Fuck Off) Bands, i play the french horn in the band and if your wondering whats a french horn well it's a horn made by the french

My life in camp for the next 51 days without 3G phone service and talk about 3G army without 3G phone.

And today is my 3rd day in service (51 days to ORD!!!!) and also the 1st day of SAF day parade rehersal but the good thing is that i didnt go for the rehersal......coz i took MC wahahahaha. The waiting for the consultation was unbearable waited nearly an hour to actually see the doctor's face and am not late for the appointment what the problem with the doctor man cant keep to time or they forgotten about the fall-in on time thingy during their army days.

Hey anyway am a christian liao......anyway want to know more can contact mi la its a long story. By the way was reading the BIBLE in the bus and happen to saw this verse "But then you will search again for the Lord your God. And if you search for Him with all your heart and will, you will find Him (Deut 4:29)" Well i guess sometime when we are lost in the wilderness or busy with our busy time-table, we may not have the time to do our quiet time but if u search for Him wholeheartedly u will find Him.
